I flied at 6th December, arrived at Pakistan at 4.30 pm. Feeling of landing on ur country is very exceptional and special which cant be described with words. Its really amazing. My father and brother along with 2 cousins came to fetch me at airport. I understand for my mom, how difficult it would have been for her to stay at home, but never mind i reached home at 11 pm. I realized it is really very difficult not to cry when u meet ur parents after long time, but this time i controlled my self. It has been more than 9 days at home and all these days, every dish is my favorite dish. Mummy makes sure that what ever she prepares, it is loved by me. Chicken, meat, grains, vegetables, fruits, breakfast, cookies and everything. Quite of my amaze, my little brother who hardly can cook anything prepared zinger burgers for me. It is 7 in morning and I have 2 hours in exam for Corporate Ethics. I can see sun rising and it is raining to make the weather cold. Night Before Eid The night before Eid has been very important night in Pakistan for Muslims. I remember when I used to go shopping late at night, i remember streets crowded with people, having shine, joy and happiness at their faces. Today after the dinner and the meeting, we tried Sarfraz's new car. He finally bought it... Proton Saga 2001. The car had good mileage and speed. We went to tamn maju for the drinks and really being with friends is such a wonderful experience when u are sick. Dunno why since yesterday, the flue is taking me. The flue that doesn't have the running nose, instead powerful sneezes. But being with friends helps u overcome all the things very easily. Well Exams are on head and like UTP's tradition, it doesnt let you sleep at nights. So having Sleep less nights Today had to submit FYP Interm Report and had test of Multimedia Network Having a report and test is not new then what was the difficult part, well until 3am in morning, I had not added the Result and Conculsion part to the Report and thats make it the worse Ever. I couldnt sleep the whole night making this report and combining stuffs together. Luckily managed to finish before 10, so went to last PE class at 10 and then got it printed and signed from the SV on the Approval Letter. After I came back to room only, had to start studying for MN test. Well the test has been conducted and I wouldnt say weather it was good or Bad, I would rather put it as . Mohammad Fiqri bin Ghazali T oday one Malay guy, a friend of Attaullah came to his room, while we were chatting and watching Cricket. I should say this is the first Malay guy I have ever seen, who Loved to chat and share the things. We started with Dressing, the Shalwar Qamis concept and which people tend to wear it. I came to know about Malay dressing and their costs as well. We continued with Politics, Corruption and Future of Pakistan as well as the Politics in Malaysia and its policies. Later we talked about the sports played and liked in two countries as well as about the variation in people's behavior with the change of time and places. Wow what a wonderful friend I was introduced to.. Thanks to atta, I have one good friend who loves to talk and share ... THis guy really made us feel like home and being with friends.

14th October 2010. Today was the project demo for the Industrial automation and control systems subject Well the project was to design, do programming and implement some real application process which has got some automation in it. We were supposed to do programming of PLC with language called Ladder Diagram. Luckily the project was group project so I had friends to help me but then worst part of the project was that the project carried only 5 %. Whole the week i was working hard to get this thing done. There were many things to be understood like how to do programming, how to use motor and relay and then how to make switch connections with the PLC panel. Well step by step and slowly and gradually we managed to get all of them. The Elevator we desgined and constructed had three levels on it, the user can press switch to call the elevator at any floor and then go to any particular floor. No doubt every thing seems easy until u do it urself. Once u start doing it, u feel how hard it is.

Today is 10th October 2010, we say 101010. wow. this can only come once in whole time zone. Once gone it is never gona come back. It shows that time always go on, and never waits for anyone. By 11/11/11 I might be employed, I might be studying. I might be Bachelors, or may be Married. I might not be there in this world. No one knows about the future. Well it has been while I have not written any blog. But That doesnt mean I was busy, actually I dont have much to talk here. It is all the same, University, Assignments, Room, Friends and Most importantly SLEEP. Dunno Why, I have been sleeping like hell, 12 hours in weekends, and sometimes 12 hours in weekdays. haha. My FYP1 Seminar has been postponed for 3 times already, which means prepared three times and again no use. This semester I think I am having the most number of Projects and Assignments, the list is given below: Operational Management : 20 % course work Corporate Ethics : 20 % Eingineers in Society : 20 % (if guess) Power Electronics : 10 % IACS : 5% Currently I am busy with the least scored one, that is IACS. Student of Petroleum Department Family Day 25th Sept 2010 Since I have been the member of SPE, the family day was the first event and fortunately it was a family day where you can meet informally and can come close to each other as a friend. The intresting part of the Invitation was, we had to go to the dinner along with a gift. The dinner was arranged at the Mosque UTP pavilion. The event started with the enthusiastic and humourous speech of the President and as expected, the food was served.. When i say expected I mean, SPE is mostly governed by Chinese and it was 8 pm at night. I mean they cant live hungry this long. Their dinner is usually around 6, so should be very hard to stay back. My holidays began with a movie named The Salt... Salt is a 2010 movie starring Angelina Jolie as CIA agent Evelyn Salt - an accused Russian spy. The movie begin with the salt arrested by the north Korean intelligence. At first the movie seems a little boring and void, but later you come to know the real identity of the salt, and her ambitions. She seems to be a russian spy who is planning to kill her own president, but indeed she proves to be the HEROINE of the movie. I liked the scene and the acting when her own husband was killed ruthlessly in front of her and she doesn't even shed a single tear. The way she is trained and the moves she do are really amazing for a women like her. Overcoming the security bridges of the White house to kill the president of America is also very interesting portion.... Overall i believe the holidays started with something, which i liked and admired. Hoping to have more like these......

At 29th August 2010 I participated in UTP Mathematics Olympiad organised by the rakan masjid for the RAMADAN DISCOVERY.. Well as for the participation, i woke up late as usual but managed to get their after slight delay in program.. there were 20 questions in the test and was 2 hours examination. 10 questions only in 1 hour seems easy but it was NOT. there were many questions related to algebra, probability, geometry and other logarithm questions. Internship is over, time in Pakistan is over and now i am back here again in UTP. I remember the time when i arrived in Pakistan after one year, i was afraid of everything, everything seemed strange. I was frightened of big traffic, loud sounds, and bearded people. I still dont know why was it so... Eight months, i stayed in Pakistan, majority of what i lived in Islamabad, the capital of pakistan and very dangerous place. But I am thankful to allah, that through out my internship or stay in pakistan, i never faced any problem. Allah is great Now Final year in UTP , seems like it was yesterday when i was leaving for internship, the time in between (eight months) are gone in a moment. Coming back home on 10 july after 3 months and 22 days was very great. I was missing to be back home. My internship Period has been ended now, a Utp supervisor came for my Evaluation and visiting Pakistan. Last week i have been making him wander the city of Islamabad and the Universities of Quiad-e-Azam and Bharia. The time with him was very great and as well as fruitful since i had the chance to be closer to PCPL HR Mr. Rusly Wahab and PCPL GM Mr. Hanafi Talib. Lately they advised me to improve co-curicculum activities to be a good leader as well as learn critical thinking and management skills. Well i need to learn all those and I willl. In shallah..... Today All the Family went to Sewan Sharif to Visit the tomb of Qalandar Lal Shahbaz. This trip was a family trip and we had hired a hiace for this. The visit was Very exciting since it was the first time if i remember I visited the Sewan Sharif. Well everyone enjoyed the trip and the time was passed very nicely.
